Hello all. I am a long term MFP member but new to the WLS world. My VSG went well and now I am adjusting to the new way of eating. I am also a member on bariatricpal.com. I feel that the more groups and support systems I get involved with, the better my chance for success right?

    Hi, I absolutely agree with you. I haven't had the surgery myself but my hubby had a gastric bypass on 9th December this year, so I feel as if I've had one!

    Hi, I am not new to my fitness pal but trying to get a restart after having gastric sleeve surgery on 11/14/2016. Hope we can get this group active. If you know of another group on here that is active could you let me know. Thanks. Good luck to all.
