    Good morning gentlemen.

    Played in my shop yesterday and turned a hickory bowl on the lathe I bought a couple weeks ago.I don't really know what I am doing with the thing, but I am taking a daylong introduction to wood turning class in a couple weeks. Anyway, I have turned my first bowl. Another item off the bucket list.

    Piling into a rented van to drive through a big Christmas light exhibit this evening. Ten of us going, including our grandkids. I'M NOT DRIVING!!! so it should be great fun.
