So you've put on some holiday pounds. Let's work together to get them off. Goal: Log 300 cardio carlories 3x's a week for the month of January.

    I'm going to try. I may not reach the goal each week, especially in the beginning. Does anyone have exercise suggestions to reach these goals?

    If you're hitting the gym, a 30 minute session in the elyptical can help eat it up. Zumba does too.
