    Up too early this morning, dealing with a little a-fib overnight. Should go away. DS doing better in hospital, up walking around and getting some clear liquids, coming home today. God is good.

    We had our family Christmas party last night at DD's house. Family from PA and Cape Cod and Boston area arrived, grandkids exchanged their secret santa presents, and the food was overthetop good. Steak tips and chicken on the grill, stuffed shrimp, grilled veges, cheese platters and on and on, and desserts aplenty. I'm afraid I indulged a bit too much, but hey, it was a nice time. Time to get back into tracking now and into the new year.

    Expecting a foot of snow today and tonight.

    Good Morning,
    A rainey drive in this morning, temps should be dropping throughout the day; reckon my shorts and t-shirt weather is going away. Expecting below freezing temps tomorrow.
    Not feeling the best, have had a stomach virus or something since Monday.

    Well, my wife Connie has put up with me for 27 years today. I'm working, so not a lot planned, except dinner tonight.

    Doctor's appointment this morning, for discomfort in ear I have suffered for severak months. Finally seeing ENT specialist, after GPs have swung and missed a couple of times.

    Good Morning. Home from SoCal now after my first trip in 5 months. Enjoyed 82 degree weather yesterday. It was glorious. Now I will have to freeze at 60 degrees. I seem to have handled the flying and driving pretty well with the techniques I have been learned. I have another class today. Yesterday was a food disaster, some due to circumstances, but mostly do to bad habits or decisions. I did walk more those two days then I have in the last 6 months. Today, thankfully is a new day.

    Little insomnia last night. Last time I looked at clock it was 3a. Ugh... Gonna be a long day. Off to meet ortho surgeon for follow up appt and lunch with DW.
