Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

    Hi Everyone,
I have set up the January UAC at this link http://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/group/117455-ultimate-accountability-challenge-january-2017
Please send me a message if you will be in the Winner's Circle this month. Most of us are out of the running for the Circle, but it's been a great month for many reasons.
Please promote the UAC among your friends. Thanks, Rick

Well, I ain't in the winners circle but I don't mind telling you it has been a good year. Since my memory ain't what it once was maybe I can say the best of my life. Bike ride after bike ride after bike ride. Wild animals, bears, deer, moose, antelopes, turkeys, cranes, osprey, roadrunners, coyotes, bobcats and then some.
Climbing, climbing, climbing. Spinning, spinning, spinning.
But the best memory will always be my first personal training client. I seen that little guy go from only reluctantly moving to doing hill repeats on the ramp. Smiling, smiling, smiling.
He ain't gracing us with a smile in this picture. His look is more of a placid acquiescence. But knowing what I know about him, I see an undercurrent of determination.
... and check this, heh, heh, heh, he ain't in his wheelchair.

    @bocasdelbob cheers to 2016!

@2020pinktogo well done for your amazing commitment.

I'm disqualified multiple times over . The scale says I'm 2 pounds up from the start of this month but if it weren't for this group it would be more so thank you @RangerRickL

    Today was a yes x 3
I went a bit off mid way through the day but I got on my mpf app and logged it all. 5 chocolates. And then saw I could still stay within my calories. Lesson to log even when it seems to be going horribly wrong. Ended the day with 25 spare so a bit tight but still under.

Enjoy what's left of 2016 everyone!

@bocasdelbob Thank you so much for being a part of this group. Thanks all the more for your 'best year of your life' in which you began your "Buddy's" personal coach!!!! You are my hero!
@am_change Thanks for your heart of gold and for opening up to me and your UAC team mates!
@2020pinktogo Don't tell Rose, our your husband, but I think you are a very beautiful woman. (that's saying a lot since the only picture you share is of your dog).
I inherited this group in the fall of 2016. I never wanted this job, but I sure did want the UAC accountability team. So, when there was no one else, I chose to lead. I'm the one who has gotten the most out of my relationship with everyone this year.

    My daily report:
    Tracking: ok
    Calories: ok
Activity: 45 minutes out in the cold cleaning up after my horses. My asthma is triggered by cold air. This is the first week in 6 years that I can be out exercising in the cold. That is thanks to the daily inhaler, Symbicort. That medication allowed me to be healthy in the January of this year in the cold wet air of the Himalayan foothills; the upper passes of Glacier National Park; at 47degrees F while exercise hiking in the desert of North Mountain in AZ; and now in my own barn in the ice cold of Chicago winters.
This has been a wonderful year for me, a 66 year old guy who is very afraid of cool/cold air.
    Rick
