    Exercise- yes, got in 40 minutes of biking which was decent after a long day at work. Another long day tomorrow but I can do this.

    @RangerRickL I am so sorry to hear about your mom's condition. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Exercise?- Yep, I walked and also did about 8 loads of laundry, trying to catch up from being a lazy bum over the holiday.
    Tracked/Calories? Yes, and saved a couple calories to eat holiday cookies :)
