So clearly I'm obsessed with food because I think I have a subconscious fear I'm going to starve to death (obviously that couldn't be further from the truth but still....lol). So let's share some food ideas so everyone doesn't get sick of eating the exact same thing all the time. It can either be recipes or even just a simple meal you've thrown together that you really liked. Aaaaannnnd GO!

I was looking through my fitness pal and I found this meal that I had made when I was eating healthy before that I really liked. It's a healthy chicken pasta.
3 oz. (dry) protein plus rotini
2 oz. canned chicken
0.5 cup nonfat plain greek yogurt
reduced fat cheddar (to taste)
Cook the pasta according to directions on the box. Stir in chicken, yogurt and cheese. Voila! 530 calories per servings and helps curb the pasta craving.2 -
Breakfast! Here's a recipe I just found on Pinterest. I used to do something similar and use diced ham and spinach, no cheese. They're tasty!
