hi i am starting today and i weigh 250 and want to loose 50 lbs all i can do for exersize is walking . i have health issues .i am 62 a wife grandmother and a great grandmother been married 45 years in feb. have 3 kids and 3 spouses 7 grandkids ands 1 great grand child.0

I weighed in on Jan 2 at 259!!!. My goal weight is 180 lbs. The weight loss journey has been a yo-yo for me. Since summer 2016 I have been on a downhill and packed back on the 20lbs I lost, plus an additional 12lbs. Looking for the support to stay on track this time!!0
