Low calorie, protein packed egg white omelette in the microwave. I would recommend it if it wasn't good. Mix up the ingredients with whatever you want!
Microwave Egg White Omelette
- Chopped spinach/kale/Swiss chard mix (Costco blend)
- 1 mushroom, chopped
- 1/4 C chopped onions
- Sprinkle of Mrs. Dash or any seasoning
- 1/2 C - 3/4 C egg whites
- 1 T. Parmesan
- Pam/nonstick cooking spray
Directions:
1. Spray mug with non stick cooking spray. Place chopped veggies in mug and sprinkle seasoning on it. Place in microwave and cook on high for 1-2 minutes.
2. Take out and wipe out any water with a paper towel.
3. Add egg whites and cook for 1 more minute.
4. Stir and Add cheese. Cook for 30 seconds.
