Accidently Deleted Calorie Adjustment

I was entering in my strength training exercises today and accidently hit the delete button on the fitbit calorie adjustment under cardio. How do I get that back? I've tried disconnecting my fitbit app from mfp and reconnecting but it's still gone.

Unless something has changed, once it has been synced and then deleted, you cannot get it back. I think you need to make a manual entry for the adjustment.

Will it show up for the next day?

No, once it's synced, that's it. I am not sure there is a way to force it to be sent again.

Ugh that's so frustrating! Thanks for your response.

Whenever that happened or the sync didn't work, I always had to do a manual entry.

Mine and others will usually come back. Because your Fitbit account is always sending over new daily burn total - and MFP is then doing the math to estimate the new adjustment amount. (unless you have a syncing issue)

In fact - if you do a manual adjustment, you are putting in a start time and duration - and overwriting something on Fitbit stats with that workout.
Perhaps a chunk of time that exactly matches - pretty bad odds of that though.

I don't know if I am understanding this correctly but if it is the fitbit adjustment that you want, you can do it on the website on MFP. Just go to settings then diary settings and scroll down to tick negative calorie adjustment. Sorry if this is not what you are looking for.

    No, it's not.

It's trying to get MFP to redo it's math on new figures from Fitbit received.

Problem is Fitbit doesn't seem to resend daily burn figures if not 100 higher than last sync, and by end of day, it rarely seems to correct.
