I am so proud of everyone's exercise. I'm in maintenance now, but when I was losing, I very rarely ate over my calories because there was no way I was gonna go the extra step to "work" off what I just ate. You know what I did last night for exercise? While watching ANTM, I did multiple sets of side leg lifts and squats and sit-ups, etc.4 -

Hmm... I was trying to log here yesterday but fell asleep in the process of doing so...
No exercise as I was sick (though I did stand up for 3 hours teaching); tracked everything down and ate within calorie limit.3 -

I didn't walk yesterday, but maybe I will on my lunch break today...It's cold but it's Gorgeous and Sunny out.3 -
This was the first day this year that I was able to go walking in the desert. I just love walking here as it is so envigorating. Sure beats my home treadmill!
Calories: I was significantly below my limit which does not happen often
