Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Well this working by kindle is just a pain. The town had spotty internet for the last few days as they were fixing things from the heavy winds. I really like the elliptical at work. I find doing a quick 12- 14 min mile calms me down. Plus it kept me away from the Danish in the breakdown. The auditors brought it and I had a very tiny piece and it was to die for. The thing was I looked at everyone eating it and I thought I would rather just have a taste than be huge again. I give some of me coworkers credit no matter what their size they can dress for success. Then there are others and you think maybe 20 lbs lighter would help maybe not?

I have been doing well this month . This is the weekend we move my daughter and her boyfriend again. It feels like we move her once or twice a year. This move is his parents fault. They need someone to watch grandma and she doesn't want to move with them. Last night my daughter is at my house getting stuff for the boyfriend whose at his mom's house puking. It blows my mind. Lol

Have a great weekend everyone it proves to be a busy one here. Til later. Sue

    Happy Saturday to you!
Yesterday, we had a picnic lunch in Saguaro National Park West in Tuscon, AZ. I am the guy with the straw hat. Our guests from Costa Rica, Central America are with me. We were surrounded by incredible cactus and other desert flora. It was just a great day! Our guests are like family to us. We lived with the family for a year when did Spanish language study. Truthfully, they still have to correct our Spanish!

My son has a swim meet today (2 hours away), this is my first time since I started my mfp journey to eat out. One goal: eat within calorie budget!

    My 2 small victories:
    1. Didn't order chips and salsa at lunch.
    2. Didn't get unhealthy snacks at swim meet because I packed fruits and sandwiches in advance (even though my eyes lit up when I saw someone walked by with a bag of Haribo gummy bears!)

Walked around campus for 20 minutes.
Tracked and Stayed under calorie budget!
    3 Yes for today!

JANUARY 14 - Good job @hkaccompanist! I remember swim meets. A lot of down time between events gives a mom a lot of time to nibble. Well done.

Exercise - yes - 6.6 mile modest hike at a good pace. Ski trips coming up!
    Calories - Yes
    Tracking - Yes

Exercise? Yes; 32 minutes of walking
Calories? Yes; not much of an appetite
    Tracking? Yes

My muscles ache, and I woke up feeling more tired than when I went to bed, so I passed on the gym and took a rest day. However, I did walk to and from work, which qualified as my exercise today. I hope that everyone is having a great weekend! Back to the gym for this girl tomorrow morning :)

@RangerRickL, I love your desert pictures.
I had a good day, exercised, tracked and went slightly over, but I was hungry after exercising in the freezing cold. all in all, good day.

Its my last day to host my beloved Costa Rican guests. Tomorrow, I fly home to wintry Chicago and they head home to endless summer.
I am happy that I only went over on calories one day of their visit. Before the UAC, I would have given myself permission to pig out!
    Today:
    Calories: under by 94
    Tracking: good
Exercise:walking with my guests for 40 minutes

I just realized I forgot to post yesterday! I did keep up with everything, stayed under calorie limit, and got my exercise. I did a 4-mile run/walk last night.

Did well even though we were at my daughters Ringette Tournament this weekend and even though we ate out I managed to pick healthy choices and to much time screaming and cheering in the stands to eat at the games helped keep me in my calorie goals.
