Oops!
Last night, I did work to put a Non Scale Victory graphic and discussion here. It's lost in the ether somewhere. I'm in transition from Arizona to Chicago today. I'll use my downtime to do "mall-walking" in the Phoenix airport. I've got a heavy book bag to increase the effort.

I have been off and on calories for about a week now, not tracking daily, and only doing ok on exercising. This challenge great for me because I am one of those "all or nothing" type. I will be keeping up with y'all and jumping right back in in the February challenge and have every intention on winning (only 28 days!) Until then, I'm going to get back on the band wagon. Good luck everyone, and remember, 1 meal at a time!4

Yes x 3 but struggled! I get extra hungry on a (mild!) hangover. Or probably extra thirsty but I still confuse the two and it's something I'm working on.
NSV: I'm back to my old walking speed. For a while at the end of and after pregnancy I had to keep asking my husband to slow down when we'd walk together or else he'd end up marching ahead! Now, I can just about keep the pace.3 -

JANUARY 15 -
Exercise,tracking and calories - yes, yes, yes - Swimming for 45 minutes, a long but slow paced swim. Bonus: My new composter arrived, "assembly required". Clearly I was the only one feeling the excitement. It had been in a box in the living room for a week. How hard could it be?! Well, I won't bore you with the details but it was comical and exhausting! Quite a workout: bending, up and down, balance poses, etc. It was so pathetic both my husband and son came to help and the three of us now have a new composter.3 -

Hello everyone!
I arrived back in Chicago about 6 pm. I will be solo for a couple of weeks. My wife will stay in AZ to enjoy her new condo and the weather. I'm still enjoy my work and hope to gracefully ease my pace. I have been working with my daughter and our team to prepare for life's realities. I'll won't be there forever. They are doing fine.
Today:
Exercise: 37 minutes of walking with my back pack in the Phoenix terminal (it's not that big)
Calories: well under.
Tracking: ok2 -
Exercise? Yes; 32 minutes of strength training and a 40 minute run
Calories? Yes; very low due to an odd and busy day
Tracking? Yes2 -
Exercise: Yes, 5K run, 12 mins yoga, 15 mins walk

Well, I am going to start cleaning for 20 minutes now, so that I can say YES to exercise!
Went to 2 birthday parties today and I am proud to say I had control and tracked everything.3 -
hmmm, the day didn't go as planned. I exercised, but ate too much and didn't track. I am back on track for tomorrow. I am going to formulate a good plan before bed.3
