Something to share!

After the week is almost done what's one thing you found really helpful? It could be a recipe or snack idea or anything that got you through.

I am not an expert chef by any means, I used to try to leave it to the pros to cook for me which is not the best idea so this week I don't have any recipes of sorts to share as I am currently working off of basic real foods but I did find that an Rx bar a day was really helpful for a snack for me and water became my constant companion.

    I tried a zucchini "casserole". The spices were good but I think I'll keep digging for a recipe that will be wonderful not just edible.

    The weekends are definitely the tricky piece of this puzzle. I've been trying to get the crockpot going before beginning the day. This way it's ready at any time of the day. So far we've done a basic roast and veggies, fajitas, vegetable soup. Today is chicken and veggies.
