Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

I live life according to this quote. I've always thought about it a little differently. Usually, it's 'life is like a bicycle in that you have to keep pedaling or you are going to fall."
The UAC is like a bicycle. We all need to give it energy to make it beneficial to each other.
Thanks for being on the journey! Stay in balance today!

So my daughter came over last night to check out my computer and my issues. I think she thought I was just old and stupid. Nope at certain times of the day I have no internet and now no cell phone reception. She's like this is crazy mom could walk to my house and I have it. My husband goes goes are you saying I couldn't walk to your place? Daughter goes I didn't know you were using the computer? Never answers his question.Lol. So I am back to the kindle for now. Right now I am in my jammies and at the corner of my lot. Boots sweats coat all to let Rick know I am still here ;) I am exercising during my lunch hour. I survived once again my disaster training. Have a great day everyone!

Way to rock the lunch hour @2020pinktogo.
Good job on the 10K @lsabeIIe. 2.5 hours of exercise!

Exercise - Yes, Morning swim 30 minutes, noon walk around the indoor Y tennis courts. 14 times around makes a mile, and that's a tedious mile. I had to do a little something mid-day to beat back the rainy day blues.
    Tracking - Yes
    Calories - Yes

No exercise but I did eat under calorie and tracked everything.
I have gained 2.4 lbs over the weekend and dropped 1.2 lbs over the last couple days. Slow progress but I know I can do it

I like your photo Rick! So true. You gotta keep moving
@RunningMom1038 I am SO jealous of your cruise! Have a great time!
    @lsabeIIe I'm tired from reading 10K! lol
@pears734 You inspire we with your exercises! Way to go

Exercise? Yes went to the 5 o'clock class despite being sore from the last few days. I forgot my FitBit on the charger for one of my long walks at the office today so it didn't account for about 2000 steps. Dang it!
Calories/Tracking? Yes with about 300 to spare.

Moving. I got to get more consistent on moving. I got to bite the bullet and do something today. Somehow I just feel like drinking beer. Ugh, it is windy.
Buddy, I was trying to teach Buddy a new trick yesterday. I got this idea that he needs to be able to get up and down a little step. So there is about a four inch lip off of blacktop to dirt. We'll do the walker across that and that'll be his step but he will be in his walker. So we go back and forth across it a few times. So going up it we come to the lip he does pretty good stepping up. The other direction I tell him "ok, Step down." But he just sits back on his elbows, raises his feet and rides over it. Then he laughs at me.
He is having fun. He likes going up the ramp a little bit and then seemingly rolling backwards down. Initially that kind of scared me. I thought that he could reverse his arm joints if he fell over backwards in the walker. Nope. He has upper body strength and coordination. He is doing it deliberately. He will roll backwards and he is leaning backwards. But he is turning the walker around. He is actually riding it. He has his body working like a pendulum in that maneuver. He has actually crafted a pretty sophisticated maneuver. I wish I could describe how he is using that ramp. It is strange what he comes up with, and strange what he can't do.
Alright. I am going outside. See what comes up.

Here you go guys. Think about this for one minute. Airplanes, airshows, they got this maneuver I think they call it hammerhead stall. Airplane goes up like straight up, and then fizzles. He runs out of speed and he is kind of hanging on the prop. He starts slipping backwards. None of the controls work they are in still air. Controls don't come back until you accelerate by falling. Then if you are back to normal the way you are supposed to be, you come out the way you went in.

Now to say Buddy is doing a hammerhead would be exaggerating somewhat. But kind of, sort of, it is that maneuver. Stop me if I ever claim that buddy is doing hammerheads on the ramp. But, smile at the description if you feel like it. Heh!
