I'm vegetarian and try to keep a low dairy intake. Vegetarian since I was 9 and started cutting down on my dairy about 2-3 years ago. I feel much better with less cheese. And I love almond milk.

Feel free to add me as a friend.

I'm vegetarian- was vegan for a while and then fell right off that wagon and this time 'round I'm working on incorporating more and more plant foods and less and less dairy/eggs in a more sustainable way. It's a learning curve, but I'm getting there. And I'm happy to make new herbivore friends :D

My wife has been vegetarian for a couple of years and I do all the cooking. I don't bring any meat products home. The only time I
Can be carnivore is almost never. I'm a label checker thanks to our daughter. Cut down on processed food a lot and find I have more energy.
New goals are healthy and happy.

I've been a vegetarian for ten years now. People think our food is weird sometimes, but I love it!

I'm omni, but transitioning into vegetarianism. Right now I'm alternating months--vegetarian in odd months, omni in even. Even in my omni months, I don't eat a lot of meat, usually no more than once or maybe twice a week.

My only exception is fish oil supplements, which I take even in my veg months.

I can imagine myself transitioning to vegan someday, but I'm trying not to make too many drastic changes at once--I'm afraid of backsliding and bingeing. For now, I eat eggs a few times a week, and at least a little bit of good cheese almost every day.

I cook the vast majority of my meals and love looking at recipes for ideas. Then I make up my own recipes. I'm contrary like that.
