A dear friend of mine gave me the Whole30 book and cookbook for Christmas this year after I showed interest when she did the program a while back. I have a lot of reading, cooking and eating ahead of me! How did you hear about the program?

    A friend at work is doing the program, so I started with her. I immediately downloaded and read "It Starts With Food." It's very educational!
