Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Hi everyone! I love horses, so here is fun photo of a horse frolicking in the snow. They love to do that. One of my favorite real life images is remembering seeing the horses in a windless snowfall with snow upon their backs. Even though, it is so close to their warm bodies, their coat provides sufficient insulation that the snow doesn't melt.
Have an amazing day! @RangerRickL2 -
What I have been noticing in the last few months is I have been getting audited around this time every month so lets see if they are a group that holds to a pattern if so all I have to do is watch for the patterns and that will help with my stress. LOL Like I did disaster training at the same time I did it last time. OK don't have to wait for the shoe to drop just have to see when they start and I am right after so and so. That was one of my new years resolutions to get a grip on the stress. So far so good I am getting things under control at work. Definitely slow and steady.
Another early day for me hubby isn't fond of it but hey I like coming home and getting things done, LOL Now Saturday when I have to go to work may be different but it's just a few hours so it's no big deal. Have a great day everyone.2 -
@2020pinktogo Sorry to hear about your stress. You carry a lot of responsibility, and care for so many people. You are constantly sharing your 'battery' to carry everyone else. Take care of you and do something that fills your emotional tank.

Just popping by to say I've caught bad cold so haven't been here sorry. Will be back with a vengeance when I'm in better health and will catch up with everyone's posts then. Baby asleep so I'm going to nap too. Zzzz2

Take care @amchange and we will see you soon!
I signed up for February and I am ready for it. Won't make it to the winners circle for Jan but I am committed to finishing the month strong. Getting a run in today because I see sunshine. Oh how the sun makes my heart sing!2 -
@phoebelayla . We were just talking about sunshine how this January we have had very little of it. Then they said maybe we needed snow to have sunshine oh I hope not.1

@am_change hope you get well real soon!
My report for the day is:
Exercise: the minimum exercise walk on the treadmill
Calories; I did not intend to do this, but I was in such a rush today, that I had too few calories at breakfast and lunch. Ended the day at 467 calories under. I was feeling pretty fatigued before supper.1 -
JANUARY 25 - Everybody take care of yourselves!
Good day for me. Yes x 3 - Morning yoga, noontime spin class. It's my second time for spin. I'm liking it! Even though I get a regular amount of exercise I still had the wobbly-legs after my first class.

@2020pinktogo I'm sorry to hear about your stress. I have struggled with stress and anxiety too and am just now learning how to to recognize it and nip it in the bud. I am happy to hear that you are learning how to combat it, and I hope you are doing well
@RunningMom1038 Congratulations!!! My favorite part of running is the progress that you see. A 5K is quite the trek! I'm so excited for you!
Today, I learned that a cup of tea cannot replace two cups of coffee for a regular coffee drinker. Needless to say, I ate horribly, skipped the gym, and was falling asleep by 7:30 pm. Live and learn. Tomorrow will be better
Cheers!0 -
@amchange I hope you feel better!
@RunningMom1038 Congrats! That is an accomplishment!
Exercise? Yes, 5 oclock class today. Thankfully I made it bc I was at home again with my sick kiddo all day and didn't get my usual walks in. I am so glad that my husband and I both prioritize our workout so that we can adjust and both make it.
Calories/Tracking? Yep!1 -
Thank you, everyone! Seeing how far lots of other people are running has helped pushed me on.
How are you guys mentioning my name in posts so that I get a notification? I can't figure out how to do that!0 -
My knees were achy in the morning, so I didn't work out early. I did get in a walk at lunchtime and it was great to see the sun!!
I was "feeling good" and decided to try and jog later at night. Wasn't a great idea. My knees are pained today and I had to hit the Motrin.
Food and logging was good
