Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

From 1990 until 2003, I led 5:30 a.m. exercise classes for our local park district. I have only led the UAC since September of last year, but the cycle continues. An avalanche of activity at the beginning of the year, and then......
For all of you who sign in today and through the end of the month...THANK YOU!!
Thanks for helping me to keep the lights on in here.
    Love, Rick

To Rick who keeps the light on. ;)
Well we have a winter weather watch. :/ I am thankful I am not in drive thru so I don't have to watch the snow when it starts. Yesterday's meeting was kind of funny one of the topics was that people are putting their cups to close to the spigot. We actually had to sign off that we understand how to get water from the cooler. Ok I was really giggling over this.

Well I have a new incentive to loose weight my sister is starting to diet. I want to keep my thinner status.lol

@2020pinktogo I so glad that you find the UAC community worthwhile. I always expect to see your morning post. My early morning report is that today I feel great. I had a 10 day tour through a bad cold. Today, I did a true HIIT with rowing, squats with dumbbells, walking lunges, treadmill walk + sprints; jump rope and more. Wow! I feel great. Good thing too, because today is a super long day in that I speak tonight at a public workshop.

I'm glad you are feeling better Rick. Great HIIT workout too. Here's to sticking together and keeping those lights on in February! It is always sad to see the class sizes dwindle down or see the gym parking lot less full after January.

JANUARY 26 - @ICameToGetDown - I'm always curious how you get your data shot. Also, I don't show an elevation gain. Like that. Perhaps that is a manual setting. Or maybe it's a feature of the Series 2 iWatch. My old iphone and series 1 watch are still much smarter than I am! Nice walk!

Yes to all 3 - Morning swim at least 1200 meters, Noontime 30 minute walk. Asian turkey lettuce cups for dinner. (and lunch tomorrow) Pretty tasty!

@fitqueenbess I have the 1st edition watch. Some of the features changed when I had updated the software. I have the 7 phone, so I am not sure if that makes a difference. I live in a flat place, so I don't usually have much elevation changes, but I think it is interesting. Does yours show the map at the bottom? If I click the map, it enlarges to see the route I took and it color codes based on heart rate.
    Nice swim!

@ICameToGetDown - Wow! I knew about the map but I didn't realize it was color coded for heart rate. I have to blow it up to see the variations. Thanks!!!

I am happy to report that today I had my morning cups of coffee, making the rest of the day run smoothly. I felt like a human being again, rather than a walking meat bag haha. I hope everyone else had a wonderful day too! Way to stay committed!
