I don't have a target weight or anything, it's about fat % for me, ahm, my diary is open, I like to post stuff, talk on messages and comment a lot, I do weight lifting 3x week and HIIT, I also like fitness games on the Wii lol.

I'm a vegan who tries to eat somewhat healthy but I don't mind what you eat :blush: or if you like stuff I don't :pensive:
I'm a craft beer fan, also enjoy anime and video games,humm yeh that's pretty much it! so... do add if you wish ^.-

    Was it hard to get into weightlifting? I really want to do that. I'm just nervous. I'm 34 and it's all new to me.
