    maybe you ate too much salt or something in the last day or two. or water retention. You've been doing good on your eating, right? But you said you haven't been drinking your water goal, so maybe you just need to up your water. (?)

    I just keep screwing myself by going overboard on the darn weekends lol And yes I need more water too :(
