Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank?

Ok, brave and dedicated team mates, it's the 'end of the line' for January. I believe each of our known winners will cross the line and enter the Winner's Circle. I'll check in again at the end of the day.

I am not very brave Rick if you want me to follow those tracks that seem to go into a lake. I think I will take a free pass. Lol

So we have 3 things going around work. 1: pregnancy 2: the broken toe. 3 the cold. I am glad I got the cold. I have never been some place where 3 people have broken their toes all in the same week. We have a really strict dress code rule. You can understand it when you see these people wearing sneakers it looks bad. I need to check the weather to decide on my outfit. Have a great day everyone !!

No winners' circle for me this month, but watch out for me next month! B)

Thanks for hosting the group, Rick. Even on my vacation days when I wasn't logging in here, I was keeping active. I don't think I've ever gotten so much exercise in my life. Lol! My scale's batteries were dead this morning, so I didn't get a final weight for January, but I did take my measurements and this month, I had a loss in every area. This was my fourth set of measurements and the first time I lost something everywhere! I'm looking forward to February!

Well done winners! I'm in the loser's circle (or must try harder or better luck next time or however we want to call ourselves).

My little family's been so unwell I'm sorry for going AWOL but it's been hell! We're over the worst I think. I hope. Well done everyone and thanks for everything xx

JANUARY 31 - Where did January go? Yes x 3 for me - Morning 1200 meter swim, left work early enough for a quick walk though the woods. - Not bad for a Tuesday.

@am_change - You're a winner every day! You've got a toddler and a new job! That takes more energy, planning and organization than all the 6 AM yoga classes, swims, and 5Ks put together. Just logging in is a win. You are awesome!

Teehee to @2020pinktogo - yes indeed, you picked the least of the evils circling your work space. Don't drink the water!

    Super @phoebelayla!

    Exercise 20 min walk
    Calories yes
    Exercise yes

Thanks Rick for hosting this group. I never would have stayed on track all month and ended the month 17 lbs lighter. Thanks to everyone for all the support and I look forward to another successful month in February!

    Calories: under limit
    Tracking: good
Exercise: I had a great day hiking vigorously for 70 minutes in North Mountain park in Phoenix. @bocasdelbobdog would be proud of me as I clambered up 796' of elevation

Thank you for a wonderdul month, can't wait to start Feb with y'all!
Last day of Jan: only Yes to log everything. Since I have started Jan 4, I have lost 10 lbs. I was never good with exercise for 20 minutes, pretty okay with eating under calorie budget till last 5 days (big holiday for me) but I tracked everything, everyday! Because of this, when I was "bad", I was not too bad.

    Yes x 3! YAY I made the winner's circle!
Exercise today was "300". It was a brutal workout and I was ready for bed about 30 min after. It wiped me out!
Great month you guys. Thank you for the support!
