    This is a very good video! I learned that diabetes is more common in Native Americans than any other race. You can prevent diabetes by eating more healthy foods, limiting your appetite, and being active for at least 60 mins. a day. I plan to remain healthy by staying active, being active maybe a little more than 60 minutes a day, and eat more healthy foods!

    1. Diabetes is bad.
    2. I exercise by dancing and doing gymnastics.
    3. Yes, I would help with a video.
    4. By doing exercising like gymnastics and limiting eating junk food. Especially pop because its my addiction! I am also going eat more vegetables. I love fruit!!

  • 1) I learned from this video that people who have diabetes most likely have type two diabetes and that Native Americans have a higher chance to get diabetes then White people.
    2) I prevent diabetes by doing many high school sports, exercising regularly and eating healthy food.
    3) I personally don't like doing videos, but I might give it a shot.
    4) To remain healthy, I plan to eat more healthy food, cut down on my sugary foods and drinks and exercise more.

    1)i learned that native americans have the most problems with diabetes
    2)sports,eat healthy and work out
    3)nah i probably can do it
    4)to eat healthy and stay on track
