Ok so I've downloaded the app, I've signed up to a group, I've added my food for the day (doesn't look good written down) .... I'm ready for this!

Don't go with the MFP advised calorie range - you'll want to eat your arm off! Focus more on improving your healthy choices.0

I recommend doing a bit of research and set your own goals, if you don't feel good with a plan then you can't keep it up!!0
