    sat my hubby actually woke me up and told me to go finish my calories. Sunday I was watching sappy movies all day and once again not eating and hubby looked at the fridge and goes I'm getting tired of reminding you to eat. Lol I do better on work days when I am on a schedule.

    @2020pinktogo I'm the same, when I'm on my work schedule I always do better than the free-for-all weekends! although I have more of a problem controlling my eating rather than NOT eating :lol:

    Got another walk in on my lunch break and am planning on attending Cardio Boxing tonight so should be a GREAT day for exercise!

    Hello. Not a great day for me. Overate and I know I was eating my stress. Pass day #1. Did get in a workout.

    Not gonna let this continue, so I'm being accountable here: preplanned and prelogged all of my food for tomorrow, will work out in the am.

    Howdy Team,
    I got lots of exercise today. Recovered from the social excesses of Super Bowl.
    Calories: under by a nice margin
    Tracking: ok

    Well, for exercise - I was active around the house; logged everything and it's under the budget.
    Hope I can lose the weight I have gained during the weekend (1.4lbs) soon.

    YES under my calorie goal though I did use some of my exercise calories burned which I don't normally do.
    YES I exercised, 5 hours of painting walls and a 15 minute walk.

    I have to brag.. I tried handstand push-ups in our workout on Friday and I was able to do them with three ab mats (so I didn't have to dip ALL the way, just tap my head on the mats). One of the girls got a picture of us so I am sharing :) I am the one in green a21dyowyezzy.jpg


    Exercise? Yes went to the usual 5 o'clock class. I had nearly reached my 10K step goal before starting due to several walks.
    Calories/Tracking? Every bite. And stayed under with over 1000 exercise calories to spare.

    This is simply awesome! I'm working so hard on my arms & upper body strength. This is inspiring!

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes my nuked eggs with tomatoes feta and onions in the morning always sets a better day for me than anything carby (Chex is my weakness!)
