Fitness Tracker

Do you use one? Do you find it helpful? I burned through 2 Jawbones somehow with normal use and haven't used a tracker in a few years. I did like the nudge it gave me to be more active. But, recently, I've noticed that my sedentary lifestyle is causing back pain and butt spread so maybe I need some more motivation. I wear a watch most of the time so this would be an addition to the watch, not a replacement. Suggestions?

    I know the new fitbits buzz when you've been sitting for 50 minutes - is that what you mean?

    Yeah, the buzz is a nice feature as is the encouragement to get more steps in.

    I got an Apple Watch and I like the buzz feature as a reminder to get up and move around, although I don't always follow it.

    I know one of the fitbits is a free standing piece that isn't a watch. I'm not sure if that one buzzes, but if it does then you could clip it to your bra or something and get the reminders.

    Also, have you considered a standing desk at work?
