Thursdays are usually a really long day and into the night workday for me. I love Fridays.
Enjoy your day and focus on how to stay committed to your goals during the weekend. You can have fun and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Thursday was a very long day for me as well. Out of 6 tellers there was only 2 of us every one called in. Let's just say when we got through the day and the doors got locked we all jumped for joy. Lol Today is our normal long day I am hoping for more coworkers. Have a great day everyone.2

Thursday at work also seemed VERY long to me, I had plans to go in early and stay late, but got in my 8 hours and left! First day back to work from a vacay is always hectic, it felt like a Monday for sure!
Today I came in a bit early and will stay a bit late since I have a voice lesson at 5:30p, just makes more sense to stay at work until then and not do the back and forth.
Gonna get 'er done today! Have a GREAT one MFPalz!2 -

Flooding again in paradise (SoCal today), so only exercise was cleaning. We survived (so far). Happy weekend to all and stay vigilant!
Exercise: 50 minutes cleaning will have to do.
Calories: stayed within limit
Tracking: it's just easier to track a cheeseburger, but yes, every little thing.2 -
I had a great day. We have started a several day 'heat wave" of over 65 degree temperatures. It's feels great, but it's really bad for animals, trees, and nature. Mother Nature is still wearing her winter coat. It has never been like this February during my life and my Mom who is 86 says the same.
Nonetheless: Personally, I'm ok in all 3 categories.
I've got another morning presentation, then I go pick up 2 of my granddaughters,Daphne, 10 and Phoebe, 7. I'm the sitter and I'm really excited to be with the girls.
