Hello,
I currently have the Charge HR, it seems to irritate my skin. I have not used it on over a year and recently decided to give it another try. I have taken advice and tried washing it daily but still got a rash. I am currently wearing it on the opposite arm, a little looser and will continue washing as well. However, it feels like it might give me a rash as well based on how it feels on my wrist.
I love all of the features, it has all been helpful for me getting healthier. Seeing it on my wrist is a good reminder to be more active.
All that being said I have been considering upgrading to a newer fitbit. I have looked at the charge HR 2 for starters. The added features I like the sound in addition to what my current device has are:
Cardio Fitness Level
Reminders to Move
Multi-Sport Modes
Guided Breathing
Can anyone who has other bands offer any advice, is it worth me to upgrade? Are the newer ones known to cause rashes as well?

If you mean the Charge 2, I have that one after upgrading from the original Flex and I've been happy with it so far. No skin issues, and getting text notifications pleases the geek in me. I like being able to track my resting heart rate and the Cardio Fitness Level. If you want extra features then I think it's worth it.
The movement reminders work well too - I get a buzz on my wrist about 10 minutes before the end of the hour to get up and get to 250 steps.1 -
I ended up getting a Blaze used for 175. Loving it so far!0

I also have sensitivity issues with silicone, plastic medical tape, any plastics, etc. I have had the Blaze only 2 days and I have to remove it more than wear it. I have ordered a leather strap. I am glad you got the Blaze. If you need you can change bands. I love the variety you can get.0
