I eat dried apricots daily, and spinach is high in iron (smoothies, salads, etc).0

I second dried fruits, plus beans, and you can buy iron-fortified cereals and pasta (I think some kinds of quaker oats have like 30% of your daily need). Also, steak. Bodies absorb iron from meat better than other sources (according to mayoclinic).
Eating Vitamin C rich foods with your iron foods helps absorption. So the suggestion of spinach smoothies is extra awesome if you include some strawberries or orange in there.
Or a nice steak with a spinach and orange salad with craisins on top.
...ok I need a snack now.2 -
Ground beef
Chicken livers
Mollusks (frozen may be cheaper)
Um... prenatal vitamins (off brand - apparently they're all the same! Just look for one that has 27 mg of iron).0
