You betcha!!! Last day of February I am trying to convince my coworker who is in drive thru with me on Thursday and Friday to dress in summer attire and we will crank up the heaters Morgan's not going for it now Connie laughed and said she wishes she could work with me. Lol Though as the bank is a 100 years old I said we had to bring back up attire in case the heaters died because it's supposed to snow.
I am taking it easy this morning as my balance is way off so I will do my miles later. Thank goodness today is my late day hopefully this passes if not hubby will have to drive me in. Not a a a high heel day LOL.3 -

I am in Pittsburgh. I went with another lawyer to his trainer at a gym. He's a young guy and a mixed martial art professional, they took it easy on the old guy...me.
Had a great time and learned some new stretches. They did note my old guy shoulders are hunching in, even though, I try to remind myself to stand up straight.
Calories were way under today. Tracking was easy as I did not eat much.1 -

FEBRUARY 28 - Yes X 3 - Lap swim 39 minutes, 1400 meters? alway hard to count
