I am just starting my journey through phase 1. I was expecting more like 30DS or RI30, but the flow is different, not bad though and very quick paced. The Cardio however, will kick you in the butt for sure!0

I liked phase 1 overall. The first two weeks are completely doable for someone as out of shape as I am. The second two weeks are definitely a lot harder and I sweat a lot! But felt great afterwards!2

I just finished weeks 1 & 2, and I think I might do it one more week just to make sure I have it down before jumping into 3 & 4... I dunno, maybe I should just go for it....0

Go for it! You are more ready than you think. Plus sometimes your body starts to adapt to the workouts so changing t up is great for you r muscles and your mind! You will enjoy it, happy sweating !1

I went for it, by the way! I really needed and appreciated your advice and am happy to say I survived week 3! I missed yesterday's workout so I did workout 4 and cardio today to catch up. I'm feeling great! Onto week 4!

I'm gonna try the kick start plan...NO SUGAR, ETC.... and two workouts a day.... Did anyone try this?0

@1TheQueenB jump start with two work outs a day made me so sore it was hard to keep going, let alone squat down to use the bathroom lol if you're just starting the program I would just do 1 a day, unless you're already in great shape. For me it was too much, especially coming from not working out nearly at all and just having a baby. Hope that helps, Good luck to you!1

@MarissaBlevins220 thanks, I have been working out but if its too much i will cut back.1

I'm on workouts 3&4 of Phase 1. I stayed on 1&2 for 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks. I think I'll do the same for 3&4 since there are some moves that I can't seem to get through. One thing I do know about Jillian's programs is that you do improve and get stronger with each work out. It will just take me longer. I have time.3

Way to go! I plan to start back up once my daughter goes on break from homeschool in a couple of weeks. All of the time I use for working out, I use for schooling her. I don't need to lose any more weight now, but I want to tone myself up. Keep going! You got this!!0

Hi! I have about 30lbs to lose and I start on Monday! I'm combing the workouts with isagenix to give me a kickstart.1
