I have been gluten free for almost 9 years now, and I really have a hard time exercising, not because i don't want too but i don't have the energy. Is anyone else having that problem?

Wow - I cannot believe that no one responded to you on your query! If you're still having that problem - you are probably not eating enough carbs. - Try upping your protein too - and have some good carbs like sweet potatoes!

I know this thread is from last year but

this was my first concern but so far this week, my first week and a bit of being GF and WF, I have still managed to hit the gym everyday without noticing any real problem other than I felt my recovery was slower. My brother is type 1 and he very very active and he makes sure he gets enough protein so I've adopted that to and protein shakes have helped

I actually started cutting breads and most gluten out of my diet Wednesday and today I felt so tired. I made myself go down and do my workout though and once I started moving, I felt more energetic.
