Hello UAC team!
As your "trustworthy" guide on the trail toward health and fitness, I am constantly searching for an easy way to achieve our goals. So, if you want to skip the daily effort to track daily calories & exercise...sanitized tape worms may be the shortcut answer!

I think I would rather do anything than swallow a worm. That's pretty gross though I am easily grossed out. LOL I am hoping for sunshine to see the veggie man today. March is definitely coming in like a lion. Have a great day everyone!2

PASS Day 2
I was NOT planning on this...LOL. I was surprised to discover my pregnant sister-in-law's water broke last night, and today her and my hubby along with her parents have been at the hospital all day. A few minutes ago I broke down and munched on some trail mix which put me over my cals. I did manage to get a 30-minute walk in.
The birth of my first blood-related niece is coming at any time, and I guess I'm in a celebratory mood...LOL!
My SIL was due March 22, but baby decided she wants out, hopefully today!2 -

It always easier to do lots of exercise when I can be outside.
