    Little about yourself: they say that I'm a neat-freak perfectionist (and the fact that I'm editing all my replies here to make sure that my grammar, punctuation marks, use of tense etc are all correct just proves it)
    What keeps you motivated? the fact that I lost 25kgs & reached my ideal weight means I can do it again

    What keeps me motivated? I had to reduce a BP med, might actually get it removed! Looser clothes....and less arthritis pain!

    Weight: It's not about the number, it's about the way you feel about yourself.

    Little about yourself: I have had 2 kids in less than 2 years, after my first kid I lost the pregnancy weight myself by restricting calories and working out late at night after my son would go to bed. I succeeded and hit my goal within 5 months. Now that I have had ny second son I intend to do the same
    What keeps you motivated? Myself, and knowing I have done this journey before and thrived.
