Yesterday, my wife, Rose, the Snowbird hiker, and I enjoyed the springtime desert at Phoenix Sonoran Desert Preserve. Here we are at the Ridgeback Trail overlook. It's only a short mountain with a 350 foot elevation gain. I'll share done desert flower photos this week. Hope you have a fun day Monday!9 -
UGH!!! I am having a sluggish morning . I don't have an extra hour to get my rear in gear. I am a person who gets to work early. So I understand my getting the early shifts a lot of the week as a lot of the girls run late. I really need to start eating better all 7 days of the week. You think by my age I would have gotten that lesson. I am looking forward to my day another day in drive thru but with Connie. The over 50 group lol. My partners the rest of the week in drive thru are in their 20's. I swear they are googling my comments to know where I am coming from. I on the other hand just say ok I have no clue what that means. They find me hilarious. Have a great day everyone!!3

I worked out first thing in the morning, so that's a checkmark for the first item! Everything else seems to be falling into place so far, too.3

Lovely pic Rick! Lucky you with that scenery and warmth. Can't wait til I can put my coat away. Seeinthe mountains in the distance, I wonder how @bocasdelbob / @bocasdelbobdog is getting on? I imagine him doing hill repeats non stop somewhere! And @MiamiSeoul we hope your month is going well.
@2020pinktogo for some reason I always thought you worked in a bank but there can't be a drive thru bank so I must have got that wildly wrong oops! Hope your day improved. I'm a teacher and tomorrow night is parents eve so I might be late checking in. But for today yes x 3. Yippee!2 -
Wonderful photo of the sweethearts! I tried another new class today- I should've got the hint when I saw everyone grabbing barbells that this would be a bada$$ workout. Second hint when I saw the lean buff instructor. Third hint was the pushups she made us do-thrice! Took ibuprofen and I'll be sore for days. A great workout though- I didn't look like a loser most of the time. I think I'll try it again. Maybe. Ask me tomorrow...

MARCH 6 - @am_change - how embarrassing it is to admit that we Americans drive through the bank! Shameful, right? I never thought about it until you assumed it couldn't be. Too funny!
I've missed the weekend check-ins and I didn't keep track of it all. Lot's of family and kids everywhere. But now I'm back on track:

Little tougher day today as I had the family out for dinner as it was one of my sons birthdays. Good news is that by really watching the early part of the day I was able to enjoy a bit of everything, even a piece of cake!
Exercise 35 minutes on stationary bike, 90 minutes light to moderate workout in pool
Calories, yes, woohoo!
Tracking, yes!
Wishing everyone a great day on Tuesday!
