Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes?
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day?

Drive-through banks; dry cleaners; restaurants and more, are why we all need to choose to exercise. @am_change of London area, cannot imagine that we do our banking while staying seated in a car.
In other news, @bocasdelbobdog is doing great! He keeps pushing his mountain bike higher and higher as the snow is melting on the trails in New Mexico. He has been sending me emails of his activities.
Go out there and walk to a bank today!!

Lol today and tomorrow I am in drive thru. We always say it's for convenience not the express lane. Who uses it parents with kids so they don't have to take them out of their car seats. The handicapped we have only one window inside that is considered handicapped accessible. The obese and there is so many of them. More men than women. Women chat more on their phones than men. Please note we can hear your conversations. In fact I believe the intercom brings in your blue tooth companion very clearly. What you think is being discussed in private at least 6 others can hear as the intercom are connected so can the car next to you.
I loved your picture with Rose. Does she like her trekking poles?3 -
PS people walk through the drive thru too . They are usually walking their dogs and stop to do their banking too. Lol We give dog biscuits out at drive thru. Lots of dogs come through.4

I generally do my banking online or at ATMs, but occasionally go inside for other things, like loans and depositing cash or something along those lines...Hadn't really thought twice about it! Thanks for the insight, it's something to ponder.
We are having storm warnings, but so far have not got the predicted volume of snow, but it is definitely causing alterations around this Rainforest Island. Wherever you are BE SAFE out there!
Experiencing some family drama, mostly trying to take the high road and ignore it as it is definitely directly aimed at me...I find all I can do is feel sad and bad for my accuser. I will be patient and let it blow over, after all Bruce Lee once said, "Patience is not passive, on the contrary, it is concentrated strength." It applies to so many things!
I choose happiness, I choose positivity, I choose Love and I choose to be grateful and thankful for all I have been blessed with!
Have a GREAT day MFPalz!3 -
I just wanted to check-in and say hello. I'm out of the winner's circle this month due to a horrible head cold. However, I plan on checking in and being accountable as soon as I get better. I hope all is well with everyone else!3

We have car washes and some drive thru McDonald's and google has now informed me the UK does has 2 drive thru banks. Well, this group teaches me something new everyday! Sorry for making assumptions.

Up a pound although I ate below cals and burned a lot exercising...the human body is "wonderfully and fearfully made". I WONDER when I'll lose the same pound I've lost 5 times this year? I FEAR it may not be for a couple of more weeks...but I'll keep on trying! Everyone stay on track as much as you can- it really does help.2

@2020pinktogo Both Rose & I use Leki trekking poles. We like the ones that break down quickly and have shock cords inside.
We learned how to use them by watching YouTube videos, especially by a gentleman who calls himself Mr. Half Dome.1 -

Exercise? Yes, I signed up for a month with our gym owner/physique coach/weightlifting coach. I was having an issue with pain in my knee and had him look at it. He will be working on corrective therapy and helping me improve my form on my lifts. I am looking forward to how I can progress and switching it up a bit.
