I did it this morning, scaled. I got to the 3rd round of pull-ups (I cannot do chest to bar yet). I plan on doing it again on Monday and try to go heavier on the squat snatches. That is one of my weakest movements so this is just a good practice for me.

I did it this morning scaled. Squat snatch is not my best movement (stupid hips) but I managed to get 59 reps. 30 seconds left and failed #60. Wasn't thinking clearly because I should have then power snatched it and overhead squatted it. Tried again with about 10 seconds left and missed again. I got it to the bottom but just couldn't stand it up.

Lauren a lot of folks are bailing because of the weight. If you just want to get in a good workout do the scaled weight with RX pull ups or vice versa.

I did it again this morning, this time I got there early and stretched the heck out of my IT bands and hip flexors, and this time I had my Boz with me ( a girl at my gym that I complete with all the time aka Ro vs Boz). The first time I only got to the third round of pull-ups using 5 pounds plates. This time I did the actually scaled weight and got to the 4th round with only 2 snatches to go which was 75 pounds for a rep total of 142. The entire gym was cheering me on, it felt great. I shocked the heck out of myself doing 75 pounds. Anybody else have a Ro or a Boz at the gym that helps push you and make you a better athlete?

I thought it was the best workout they have done in an open so far! Not my best though! I got to the 225# snatches with 7 min left and only got 4 reps. lots of fails.
    It was a blast. 130reps

155 reps scaled for me - managed one lift @ 95lbs (43kg) which I have never attempted before - happy with that, even though it took me the last remaining 3 mins to get.
