Track the amount of hours completed

Today, I completed my 1st hour! Woohoo I've been off track for a while & about to dive back into the exercise lifestyle. That 1 hour class was bootcamp & I'm so beat, I almost got sick to my stomach. I won't stop b/c of 1 hard class though, no! I have to push through, just like I did today!

I was too sore from bootcamp to work out for 2 days... today I did a
30 minute Gilad's bodies in Motion workout
= 1.5 hrs.
