    Here is a St Patrick day bouquet at the Union League Club in downtown Chicago. Like all great cities, there are people from ethnic groups of the entire world. Nonetheless, in Chicago, the powerful members of the community often have Irish names.

    Ok I am being lazy it's super cold out and windy. At present time I can get out of the driveway. So I am going with stay warm. ;)

    Exercise: always difficult on a Tuesday as it's my long day at work but yes. I got my steps in.
    Tracking: yes and oops there were a few too may treats
    Calories: yes but only 21 spare. :#

    An NSV too. As it was warm again today I took off my cardigan and a work colleague said I've lost weight. Yippee!

    Nice photo, Rick! Too many are seeing all white (snow), so the colors are a welcome sight.

    Exercise: 30 min Jillian's Ripped in 30, level 4 I'm feeling this right now- ow.
    Calories: within limits This month I'm trying to not eat my workout cals to actually lose.
    Tracking: yes, even the crunchy cheetos They should be freebies (chocolate too)!

    Walked soooo much more than usual at work last night. Exhausted this morning. Tracking ok. Calories over by 2!! Not so bad. Glad I did not go for the DQ blizzard !!

    I am packing for a two day legal conference on tax, life insurance and retirement planning. Yes, as you yawn, it would seem that I lead a very boring life. From my POV, I love the work that my clients give me to do!!!
