    Start weight 207 lbs

    ( gained 2.5lbs in 2 days - HOW)

    21 week challenge - 21 lbs = 186 lbs
    Inch loss 21 weeks = 8 inches all over

    As per today my weight is 171.3 lbs. My goal (for these 21 weeks i hope) is to get to 155 lbs. I want to lose about 10 inches.

    Starting off today at 157.8 lbs. I'm hoping for somewhere between 120 and 130 - end goal when I lose usually ends up being higher if more ends up being muscle in the end. :#

    Ultimately I would like to get down to 265, but for this challenge my goal is around 185.

    I am only weighing once a week because I fluctuate this much. It is disturbing :)

    No I was on plan then fell off and I was going to start Sunday but didn't so today I weighed 2.5 lbs more than Sunday which is ridiculous
    I don't log weigh ins other than weekly as like you it does my willpower no good :)
