Marijuana and Pain Tolerance

There's been a few studies between pain tolerance and Marijuana, leading to the conclusion that THC inhibits the transmission of pain to the brain, but doesn't block any other signals.

This allows the body to be pushed harder than normal due to pain tolerance in the athlete, and increased focus.

    @grantpace33 Agreed! Marijuana often for a few people helps push themselves harder than they would without partaking of it. It certainly does for me! I get energized from working out when stoned, and find it to be a healthy addition to my life. And I do consume responsibly, where it is legal in my state.
