Hi I just found this group, is anyone still following one meal a day? How have you found it?

    I did this about 6 months ago and last about 2 weeks...lost like 8 pounds. I started back up last week and weighed myself today and I lost 4 pounds. I honestly think this one meal a day situation works, I have never followed through for months but Im hoping my willpower will let me this time. By the way, I ate more than one meal over the weekend and I still lost 4 pounds. How is your progress so far?

    Hi, I'm new. I just started the one meal a day today.
    I've done it before, and I think it's amazing! It's super easy to get to your goal weight by doing it that way. And it increases your HGH as well.
    Increased cognitive abilities, better digestion, increased hair growth, the list goes on.
    Today is day 1 for me, and I will try to update every week.
