I think I'm late to the party as the last discussion board here was March of 2016. I sure hope we can motivate each other to start this group up again. I just joined looking for some inspiration from some wonderful ladies!

    Sorry for the slow reply, I kind of gave up on this group. Summer's coming and I need to get serious about fitness. I try to be mindful year round but summer sneaks up on my winter *kitten* before I know it!
