It's time to ask all of you to let me/us know if you expect to be in the March Winner's Circle. In other words, see above....did you fulfill those goals, with the exception of no more than 3 Pass days?

I am in
It's Wed as my hubby is a lot older and having health issues I have undertaken more of the chores. Wed is garbage day and for some reason the garbage can fought me down the whole driveway. My neighbor teased he thought the can was going to win. Oh man it's dark out why are watching me that's creepy. I may never go back outside to exercise definitely not early in the morning.2 -

Sadly, no Winner's Circle for me this month. However, the challenge has still brought a since of satisfaction and I am gearing up for April!

@SheilaCali ... I like Pilates way more than Barre and a year and a half ago I took Pilates instructor training thru Balanced Body. I discovered I liked being in class way more than teaching, so definitely won't be taking any Barre instructor classes. lol2

I continue to have therapy every other day. It's getting better.
Calories: under by 420
Tracking: ok
Exercise: just easy day walking
I'll be doing cardio with lower body work tomorrow. I'll have to carefully do anything involved with the calf muscles2 -

I'm a better student myself. Teaching isn't a natural gift of mine, but I love to follow. I'm absolutely in the Winners' Circle again- 2 months in a row, yippee! Because of that, I'm sorry to say I'm dropping out of this fine group. Kudos to you Rick for the awesome leading/shepherding- "we all like sheep have gone astray (or off our diets)". Blessings!
