These are crocuses. In the Midwest of the USA, it's early spring. We may get a day or two of snow, but real winter has passed. These crocuses are our first flowers of the spring. Since I live on a farm, I'll take some photos of our wild woodland flowers when they 'arise and shine".5 -

So I have taken over quite a few of my hubby' s chores as he is having health issues. Sunday is clean up the dog area. Ok I was so happy the neighbors dog is back on their electric fence. All I had to clean up after was my one dog. Maybe they suddenly noticed their yard had no dog poo? Maybe they heard me talking to myself the week before.LOL I don't know but I appreciated it.
So the doctor would still like to do surgery on my ankles. The best I can explain it is my ankles have no mobility. My thought is not everyone is the same. It's something I have never had it is not like I lost mobility but it could wind up a failure and I would lose stability too and end up in braces. I don't see any pluses to do it. My ankles work on a hinge only mechanism. My thought is it should have been done when I was younger not now when I am caring for my parents and my husband and I work full time. If it doesn't bother me why mess with it.4 -
@2020pinktogo - Wow, surgery does sound like a big risk. Glad you are comfortable with your decision. :-)
After reading your post, I will enjoy and appreciate the predicted "cooler temperatures today" of 74 degrees (23 for those of you who use celsius).3 -

@phoebelayla lovely! We got to 19 today in my part of England which is 60 something I think. I enjoyed it!
Exercise: yes, lots a walking, the usual chasing after 13month old and today I cleaned the inside of all our windows. Luckily I live in a tiny cottage but my arms ache a bit now.

@5cheetahs I/we should, but I don't. Many people say that if you keep your water intake up, your hunger is down and your body is just healthier.

Calories: Under by a 490
Tracking: good
Exercise: best since my injury. I hit a new personal high for this year in pushups. I did a 33 minute cardio/strength interval series with pushups alternating with jump rope intervals. Whew!8 -
Still recovering from our 1700 mile trip. I did manage a 40 min walk this morning, stayed within my calorie limit, and documented everything. A good day.5

A cool but sunny day here in Saskatoon. It was 12 degrees Celsius which makes walking outside very enjoyable. I must say I am not missing the heat that we experienced in Palm Springs.2 -

Does anyone log in their water? I carry a water bottle around at school but I'm not sure how much I actually drink each day.
I don't log it. I drink a lot of water all day long (100-120 ounces plus) and having to log it all would be annoying and not helpful to me personally. I know a lot of people who do find it helpful though.2 -
Yes x 3. Had some soreness so mostly walked today with a little running x 70 min.

I did it!! Whew. 20 min of active housework ( not the best but all I could do), logged everything and came in with calories to spare.4
