The walking challenge begins April 5th but you can start anytime, just wanted to make that correction. Who's in?

Second day of the walking challenge. I'm off to a good start.
4.8 miles yesterday and 5.2 today. How is everyone else doing? Get out there and walk. It's great exercise and relieves stress. Take your spouse, kids, and 4 legged friends with you. Let's log some miles and break through the wall with this challenge!2 -
1 mile yesterday and 1 mile today.☺1

Only 2 miles today. It got pretty warm this afternoon.

I walked 2 miles on Tues, 2 miles on Thurs, 30 minutes at Curves on Wed and am about to do 30 minutes at Curves today.2

Just completed 6 miles outside before it gets too warm today. Yeah! Now if I could just figure out how to stay on a food plan I might get this weight loss figured out.2
