I purchased a Charge 2 from Amazon back in November 2016. About 2 weeks ago I woke up one morning and it just didn't work anymore!! I was pretty upset (I've become very obsessed with my FitBit...it's such a great motivator for me!) After a day or two of google searches and no luck with getting it to work, I finally called customer service (on a Sunday afternoon.)
Entire call took about 10 minutes and they sent me a new one! It shipped 2 days later (on a Tuesday) and I received it 4 days later (on Saturday!) Less than a week with very little questions asked.
I have no idea why it stopped working, but I was so impressed with the service I received and will be a customer for life!

That's great to hear and glad all got sorted. I have only heard good things about Fitbit customer care from others (haven't had to use them myself but good to know the service is there should I need it).0

Yes! I've had mine replace maybe three times in almost 2 years. Excellent customer service!0

Good to hear. I've not had issues with my own, and I've had a One since Dec 2013. But hubby got a One in May 2015 and daughter a Flex in May 2015 and each had issues within 2-3 months. Flex stopped holding a charge, and his One was showing wonky #s with no explanation. Both replaced by Fitbit with very little 'work' on our part.0

They need to have great customer service considering their products don't last long. I've went through 3 charge hr in about 20 months. I thought it may be just bad luck, but in talking to people; it's just fitbit.0
