    Was out this evening but managed to fit in my exercise on the rowing machine before work.
    Calories: Just made it even though I had a salad at the restaurant this evening (it did contain walnuts and avocado though, yum!)
    Tracking: Yes

    Yesterday was beautiful now I woke up with a headache we are supposedly getting lots and lots of rain today plus more wind and Friday snow and slush. Yesterday was my early day and I stopped in at the main office as I heard the 2 I thought were in charge whispering about trying to keep me. :# I was promised I would be returning to the main branch. The VP offered me a promotion at the branch. I laughed and said I don't know enough to take on that position or responsibility. I wanted to say I don't think I would be able to permanently work in that environment. I think they knew what I was thinking.LOL

    My parents live next to a farm. Not what I consider an active farm as it has a few retired horses a steer and a few chickens. Well the city folk have come into the area and have decided the steer is a buffalo and made a website for it. Lol Ok Harold is big reddish brown but he looks nothing like a buffalo.

    It was a glorious day again here and I went out with family and walked loads and...ate loads too oops.
    Exercise: plenty
    Tracking: usually log a few times a day but left it all til tonight. Doh.
    Calories: uh uh! As I don't eat them back, over. I did enjoy my ice cream in the sun but it isn't good enough for winner's circle. Need to be better for the rest of the month. No Easter chocs for me!

    Steer and buffalo aren't a million miles apart to a townie like me...sorry!

    Cold and rainy here on Canada's East Coast. Luckily I got out and walked early this morning before the rain started.

    Another good day:
    I walked for an hour this morning.
    I stayed within my calorie budget.
    I recorded everything I ate today.

    A beautiful 21 degrees Celsius day here on the prairies. I did a 40 minute walk this morning and then a brisk one hour walk with a friend after supper. Love getting 2 walks in a day. Stayed within my calorie limit and tracked everything.

    @RangerRickL I love getting up in the morning and taking my time with my first cup of coffee. Makes me happy.

    Great pic @RangerRickL! I'm sick of the cold, rainy weather, too. Today was not rainy for once, thankfully. The weekend should be warmer!!!

    I had a great evening. I do enjoy public speaking and tonight's audience was very gracious.

    Just made it... but it was a close thing. Ate a smaller main course to stay within my calories.

    Exercise: yes, p90X3 - the warrior
    Calories: not great, but just under calories
    Tracking: yep
