Something New for me

Hi everyone, I am trying something new for the first time. I am looking to lose about 80 lbs in order to get down to my goal weight. However, in the past 5 1/2 years I have gained more weight than I ever did with any of my 3 pregnancies. I am willing to work on the Challenge A Day if at all possible. I have some physical limitations that keep me from working out like I need to so I have got to find something that is going to help me in this long battle with my weight.

I hope your weight loss is going well I'm about to start need to lose 100 pounds. I hope we can be an encouragement to each other1
