It was great to be back at the main office. I guess they had a sick call at the branch so they said Morgan could go but had an apt and had to leave early. They said just send us sue thank God they said no I probably would have broke down in tears. I have an early day today I am hoping for some nice weather.5

My fit bit died in Dec. I do believe I will be buying a new one this weekend. At least I can say it was not an impulse buy lol6

I did my Curves workout for 30 minutes.
I stayed within my calorie budget.
I tracked everything I ate and drank.

Now the day is over and I am so glad I didn't cave!
With just about any should-I-do-it-or-don't quandary, I try to remember to ask myself if I'll be sad or glad when it is over. Eat a donut? Duh! I'll be sad. Go to 6AM workout? Yes, I'll be glad. But my initial thoughts are frequently just the opposite!

Good evening everyone, reads like we all had a successful day, with our healthy eating and our accomplishments. Really enjoyed reading all the NSV'S yesterday and it really made me feel good to talk about our other victories as it isn't ALL about weight loss, yes this is what brought us here but we need to celebrate and encourage, support each other on our other successes. Thank you everyone for sharing!
